Julie is the founder and Managing Director of searchstream incorporating the specialist recruitment and search brands of safesearch, envirosearch and engineeringsearch. Prior to this she had a consulting career spanning over 20 years in Australia, NZ and the UK which included holding the position of Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and leading their Global HR Consulting Practice in Australia.
Julie's qualifications include a Master of Leadership and Management (top graduating student award). She is a Fellow and past Victorian Council member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, FAHRI (2010), Fellow (Hon) of the Safety Institute of Australia, FSIA and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Julie’s present and past posts include 1MW Advisory Board Member and ambassador, SIA’s Victorian Executive member and Safety in Action Organising Committee (2007-2011), AHRI Victorian Council Member (2012, 2013), OHS Special Interest Group Committee member, Worksafe OSH Advisory Committee member, Recruitment Association Council Member (Victorian Branch), Advisory Council member of the OHS Leaders Summit.

As General Manager for the Eastern region Aaron leads the search and recruitment business for safesearch. Aaron is an experienced executive search and recruitment leader who has specialised in the Health and Safety field for over seven years. Prior to this he worked for a leading global consulting and recruitment firm delivering end to end recruitment solutions.
Aaron provides services to many of Australia’s leading corporations, assisting them to strategically identify innovative solutions to attract and secure the best possible talent for their business. He keeps abreast of evolving practices through his participation in industry forums, chairing of various conference streams and presentations at various universities to health and safety post graduate students. He has successfully placed candidates from graduate level through to general manager level appointments for many of Australia’s leading companies. Aaron has a Bachelor of Education.

William Edmond resides in Perth and manages the Western Region of safesearch. He previously enjoyed a consulting career spanning over 20 years in Australia, Asia and Europe. Prior to joining searchstream William held the position of Executive Director with Ernst & Young as part of the Advisory management team for Western Australia. He holds various qualifications including degrees in Economics and Science and a Masters of Business Administration (Director’s Award). He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society and sits on the board of ARCS, a counseling service in WA.
William has advised on safety, environmental and HR issues internationally. He has guided a number of UK companies and government agencies from an environmental systems perspective and has directed some of the largest HR transformations in the world, including the UK Department of Health ERP project. William has extensive industry experience in Resources, Construction, Engineering, Government, Health and Media – including the Safety, Environmental and HR domains.

Jane’s energy and passion for safety is evident in her consultative approach and her technical expertise in safety allows her to efficiently and effectively match candidates to roles. She has consulted to large organisations in a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, mining and automotive in the areas of safety systems implementation and auditing, dangerous goods compliance and safety workplace training.Jane commenced with safesearch in early 2007. She has over 10 years experience in Health, Safety, Human Resources and Training and Development.
Prior to joining safesearch Jane was working in a full time safety role. Since joining the firm she has progressed through a number of roles including establishing and growing our Perth and Brisbane offices and she now leads the contracting arm of the business nationally.

Evan holds qualifications in Economics and Industrial Relations. He has extensive experience within the construction and engineering sector and has worked in-house and externally for some of Australia’s largest and most respected engineering organisations including Laing O’Rourke, Thiess, Spotless, Baulderstone, Fluor and Parsons Brinkerhoff. Throughout his career Evan has successfully recruited senior project delivery professionals including project managers, engineering managers and operations based individuals covering commercial and contract managers.Evan commenced his recruitment career in 1994 and since then has worked both in Australia and the US.
Prior to commencing with searchstream, he held the position of Senior Associate within an executive search where he headed up the industrial and engineering division. Prior to this he worked with a several recruitment firms specialising in the engineering space.
